10 Reasons Why Bootcamps Work
A lot of people take bootcamps and get great results from them, but don’t actually know why they work. Then there are people that think they don’t need a bootcamp and think they can do it on their own. Either way, I wanted to expose the real reasons why.
10 reasons why Bootcamps Exist and Why they Work
There are a couple reasons why bootcamps get consistent results. First, just the fact that you sign up for the bootcamp, you are admitting to yourself that you need help, and that there is someone that is more knowledgeable out there that can help you. This leaves your Ego checked at the door, which is a huge obstacle for most other guys.
Second, is the investment. When you invest three days of your life, and thousands of dollars, you are making a commitment to better yourself and you will do whatever is possible to make sure you get your moneys worth by improving.
Third, you have fellow students that are just as committed as you are that you can learn and grown along side with. You look at them and realize that you’re not alone, and others have just as much difficultly, if not more with women. If they can do it, you can do it.
Fourth, you can’t give yourself excuses because your instructor won’t let you. If you have a good instructor, he will truly care about you and will want to see you reach your potential, so there is no way in hell he’s going to let you bitch out and give excuses. He’ll push you to your limits and break you if he has to. Then he’ll rebuild you stronger than ever.
Fifth, you will learn an entire structure from beginning to end. This is something that guys have a really hard time piecing together on their own, is a complete structure. When you read or watch material, they are for specific parts of pick up, example, amogging, frame control, openers, negs, etc. But its really difficult for someone to take all of it and put it into a proper A-Z structure on their own.
Sixth, bootcamps give you individual tailor made help. Even though there is a predetermined lecture, a good instructor will always personalize it to what you need most, and will use the time they have with with you in field to make sure you get over that sticking point, even if you were unaware of it yourself.
Seventh, top instructors are innovative. Which means, you are learning new fresh material that you can’t find anywhere online or in a book. Even though gurus post articles, tactics and techniques, they normally only share the latest stuff with their bootcamp students. By the time they decide to release it to the public, it’s usually old and dated.
Eighth, accountability. During bootcamp you get specific missions and goals that you must complete. When you’re doing it on your own, you can cheat yourself by telling yourself you understand, without truly understanding it through practice.
Ninth, instructors will point out and correct little things that are seriously holding you back, such as your body language, coming out too needy or desperate, having an ego, or other things that are almost impossible for you to self-correct.
Tenth, instructors who have taught a lot of bootcamps (30+) have enough experience to know what they can cut out and what is actually valuable. There is sooo much information out there, but most of it isn’t immediately useful. A good instructor can help you cut out what doesn’t get you laid.
Good luck on whatever you chose to do, and whomever you chose to do it with.
