Hey guys, I wanted to give you an update on my life out here and what I’ve been up to.

As you all know, I moved to a small island near Thailand to pursue scuba diving. The weather is beautiful as it’s summer here, and waking up everyday in paradise is refreshing.

My daily schedule is whatever I feel like but usually goes something like:

8:00am - Wake up (which is much earlier than I used to wake up in Los Angeles by the way.)

8:15am - Play with my three dogs, and feed them. (yes, I have three dogs. =)! Two black labador looking things named Pepsi and Cola, and one Scruffy dog with an army comando collar named Scruffy.

8:30am - Ride my motorbike to breakfast, usually a little shop across from the beach to have an omlette or scrambled eggs and toast. I get my reading done at this time. So far I’ve read The Beach, 7 years in Tibet, Shadow of the Wind, 2nd edition of Sex God Method, a bunch of Scuba Diving Training books, and now i’m reading “Delicate Traffic”

9:30am - Scuba diving training on the days I have class, or I go hiking across the island and snorkling on my off days.

1:30pm - Lunch and hanging out with friends, or random girls I’ve met. Surprisingly no one here is American, but everyone I meet is either English, Australian, or my personal favorite, Swedish. Somedays I scuba dive in the afternoon.

4:00pm - Muay Thai Boxing classes. I’m taking 1 on 1 lessons from a local Thai trainer for like $9 a class. It’s great for testorone, self defense, and getting in shape.

6:00pm - Dinner and Wi-Fi. I usually spend the next three hours or so sitting at a restraurant with my laptop answering emails, checking the forums, (I spend a lot of time on the forums at abcofattraction.com/community and a little time on other forums as well.

9:00pm - Write an article or watch a movie. I usually go home and do some writing, or watch a movie on my laptop. Some nights I go out and hang out with girls I know but nowadays I prefer to hang out with girls during the day unless she’s sleeping over.

Underwater sex -

So far I’ve met two girls, that have had sex underwater with full scuba equipment on. They are both gorgeous by the way, one’s a blonde girl from canada, and the other is a brunette from england. The brunette was telling me over dinner last night how when she wanted to do it doggy style, so she actually took off her scuba tank and gear, placed it in front of her keeping the airbreathing regulartor in her mouth, and fucked fully naked 30 feet underwater with fishes swimming around her.

I don’t know if it would be more fun doing it, or randomly comming across someone fucking underwater. I would love to be taking pictures of fish while scuba diving and finding someone having sex.

Rescue Diver:

I’m on my way to being a divemaster and working professionally as a scuba diver, but most recently I got certified as a Rescue diver, which taught me how to do CPR, and save drowning victims. If anything, I think everyone should take a 1 day CPR course. You never know who might need your help, and it just adds to being a leader…and women love leaders. Women especially love a guy that saves her life. hint hint.

Muay Thai:

I reccomend that every guy learns how to fight. In some cultures and throughout history, a boy doesn’t become a man until he can defend himself, his loved ones, or kill an animal with his bare hands.

If you want to be a true alpha male, you need to know that you can protect yourself. Sensido is a great real life self defense course I really recomend,b ut it’s hard to find. Krav Maga is more widespread and also good. And Muay Thai boxing is a good sport to practice as well. It’s not as good for real life sceniros but it’s a great way to release testostrone through exercise.

I hope everything is going well for everyone out there so far in 2009. If you’re not happy in your life, do something about it. If you’re not happy with your sex life, or love life, there is help out there. And if you’re not happy with your job or your day to day life, change it. It’s a new year and everyone deserves to be happy.

By the way, I’ll be flying back to America next month to teach in San Francisco and New York. We already have six students signed up so it’s defientely on for the following dates:

San Francisco February 27, 2009

Hope to see you guys then. If not, don’t worry I’ll be back sometime again in the summer to NY and SF again most likely.

Warm Regards,

Johnny Wolf

"Body Language Positioning - OMG, kick ass shit. I felt like I had an edge over all the guys at the club, simply because I knew this stuff. In summary, this bootcamp was worth every penny. I’ve always had a hard time putting all the material that I learned together and never had a clear direction. With this, I’ve learned so much and I can finally say I’m on the right path." -mustangx218, San Francisco

"Johnny Wolf is like a brother I never had. He genuinely wants to help and has the analytical skills and practical skills to point out weaknesses and provide solutions to overcome them. I’ve gotten lots of advice from close friends and family, people I really trust, but Johnny’s advice is more practical, understandable, suited to my ability and mindset." P., 38, Orange County

"The bootcamp was not easy. It was work, sometimes really tough and emotionally draining work. And was it worth it? Yes. If I could go back and decide to do it all over again, would I? In a heartbeat" -Dougie B., Los Angeles
