As most of you know, I’m a big fan of Timothy Ferris and his book “The Four-Hour Workweek” I was watching some of his youtube videos and came across this:
For those who don’t want to outsource your dating life to a Filipino assistant but still want to reduce the time it takes to date and hook up, here is my version:

1. Do NOT use dating sites:
A lot of people make the mistake of using online dating as a way to save time meeting people, but if you actually log the number of hours it takes to browse through profiles, send messages and set up a date, it takes much much more time than meeting someone in person.
Even the act of filling out your profile on eHarmony.com takes over an hour! And sending messages that get no reply is the biggest waste of time ever.
2. Tell Five Friends:
Tell five of your friends, co-workers, or even family members that you want to start dating and ask them to set you up. Blind dates may not always work out well, but you never know!
3. Do what you do:
The best place to meet women without doing any work is to simply do what you do. For me, I scuba dive and meet new women every time I go. For you, if you like hiking, yoga, or taking cooking classes, here are women there that you can easily meet with minimum effort.
Just do what you’re planning to do anyways and if you see a pretty girl there, invite her to hang out for some food or a drink afterwards.
4. Be Direct, Go Direct:
If you’re going to “pick up” a girl you might as well save your time and go direct. Tell her upfront that she’s beautiful and make your move. If she’s interested, great, if not, you only wasted 40 seconds instead of half an hour.
5. Get a job where women come to you:

cool article, another good way is to simply go cold-approach women. If you go to the mall and chat with ten girls you can get adleast a couple numbers.
